Apple seeded first beta iOS 11.1: Download Cydia iOS 11.0.1

With huge features and changes, one week ago, Apple took a big leap for next generation. As promised at WWDC 2017, they launched new iOS level to the public officially. How to Install Cydia iOS 11.0.1 Over the Air (OTA)

  • Step 1: Connect your device to a power source. It takes few mins to an hour for the update to download and install.
  • Step 2: Connect your iPhone to your local Wi-Fi network
  • Step 3: Open the Settings app and tap on General > Software Update.
  • Step 4: Tap Download and Install to apply the update.
  • Step 5: Your iPhone or iPad will continue to download the update.
  • Step 6: Go back to Settings > General > Software Update and then tap Install Now to install iOS 11 on your device.

How to Install Cydia iOS 11.0.1 Using iTunes

  • Step 1: Connect your iOS device to your computer using a USB cable.
  • Step 2: Wait for iTunes to open and connect to your device.
  • Step 3: Click on device button and click on the “Check for Update”
  • Step 4: If the Cydia iOS 11 update is available it will automatically download and update your device to iOS 11.0.1.
  • Step 5: Click on Download and Update button.
  • Step 6: Download the appropriate firmware file using download links provided in step 4.
  • Step 7: iTunes will update your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch to iOS 11.0.1 and will verify with Apple. Click on the Update button.
  • Step 8: It will then show you the release notes for Cydia iOS 11.0.1. Click on the Next button.
  • Step 9: After downloading the file, it will process it, extract the software, prepare the device for a software update, and install the update.
  • Step 10: Your device will be updated to iOS 11.0.1 and reboot once or twice during the process.
  • Done!
